Hair transplant prices in Istanbul vary a lot by clinic, surgeon, technique, and how many grafts you need. Three things happened here. A price was quoted that you never published. Your clinic was sorted into a tier by a machine. And the patient was handed homework instead of an appointment — which is where most of them stop.

Coupon 2 · what an agent may do at your clinic

Three things. No fourth.

An agent connected to you can do exactly these, and nothing else. It cannot browse your patients, change your calendar, or answer a medical question on your behalf.

01 get_service_offer

Reads what a treatment costs at your clinic. If you have not published a price for it, it says so and offers a consultation. It never estimates one.

02 check_availability

Reads the consultation times that are actually free, in the patient's own timezone. A time that is taken, or that has already started, is never offered.

03 book_consultation

Books one appointment, after the patient has explicitly asked for that time. Everything else on this page exists to protect this one line in your calendar.

Four things ONBOORD refuses to do, on purpose.

These are not settings. They are the product, and each one is enforced where it cannot be argued with.

No price you did not publish

There is no default, no average, no "typical for Istanbul". A treatment with no published price comes back marked as having none, and no number appears anywhere in the answer.

No time you do not have

Slots are read from the calendar at the moment of asking. Nothing is generated, extrapolated from last week, or offered because it seems likely.

No booking without a yes

A patient comparing times has not agreed to one. Unless they explicitly asked for that slot, the booking is refused before anything is written — including into your system.

Never the same patient twice

If the agent loses the connection and tries again, it gets the original appointment back rather than a second one. Two agents racing for the same slot produce one booking and one clear refusal.

Demo Clinic Istanbul is a deliberately fictional clinic, and the patient was synthetic. Everything else — the agent, the tools, the booking, the record number — is exactly what ran.

What works today, and what does not.

A product that refuses to invent your prices cannot invent its own progress. So: ONBOORD is new. It has no clinics in production, no patient volumes to report and nobody to quote. This is the whole picture.

Working, and demonstrated

An agent completes a booking end to end, over MCP and over a REST API.
Prices, availability and bookings running now at the demo clinic.
Retries and simultaneous attempts produce exactly one appointment.
44 scenarios and 132 tests, run against a real database.

Not yet

No clinic is running this in production. You would be the first.
Connecting your own booking system is written but has never run against a live one, so writing to it is switched off.
The in-browser version needs a Chrome flag that is still experimental.
There is no sign-up form. Connecting a clinic starts with an email and a conversation.
